Today I got shots for hep A and B and also for Typhoid. They weren't as bad as I thought they'd be, and I was glad that I'd gone to Dr. H again, since Ben told me he's good at injections, and he was.
Afterwards mum and I went shopping, because she discovered that she had spent an extra $40 on my sister. So we found a really gorgeous celtic inspired bracelet, which will be one of the only non-travel related presents I'll get. I'm really going to have to get a move on with this whole Thailand assignment. It should be fun, but I just haven't really made a start. I doubt the other girls have either somehow. We've got 5 odd weeks left.
On the bus to work the other day, I heard a man say that some years it really feels like Christmas, and other years it just doesn't. And this year is one of the doesn't years. Which is totally true. This year, we have 23 days until christmas, and it doesn't feel christmassy at all. We've also been having freak rainstorms. It's absolutely pelting down right now for example. Crazy.
Anyway. Tomorrow I'm working and tonight Ben has just popped in after drinks down at Kingsford. So that's it from me.
